Our History
Behavioral health is what we do — not a market we entered. Our team has helped start, grow, and operate treatment businesses across four states, spanning outpatient, detox, sober living, mental health, and SUD.
Year-over-year growth
Invested in a de novo addiction-treatment platform in Charleston that roughly doubled in revenue each year across its first four years.
Revenue in 11 months
Turned around an underperforming facility — rebranding, digital marketing, admissions, and operational restructuring grew monthly revenue 2.5x in 11 months.
To break-even
Opened a new addiction-treatment facility in January 2025 that reached break-even in roughly six months and is now operating profitably.
Medi-Cal PHP/IOP
Launched San Diego's first mental health PHP/IOP facility serving the Medi-Cal population through a county contract.
Our core strength is the growth infrastructure around behavioral health: admissions, referral development, CRM workflows, digital marketing, intake conversion, and the billing and payer strategy that make it sustainable.

Dean Scaduto, founder of Firepit Wellness, brings over a decade of expertise in digital marketing and addiction treatment. His passion for helping others, coupled with a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by rehab centers, has fueled his mission to elevate the industry. Dean's leadership in operational management, digital marketing, and strategic acquisitions has empowered numerous facilities to thrive under his guidance.
Dean's vision for Firepit Wellness is driven by his unwavering belief that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare and rehabilitation services. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a Master's degree in Negotiation & Conflict Resolution from Columbia University.
